Pour recommended scoops into standard 16-oz. water bottle, fill with clean water, shake well. Keep unused portion in cooler or refrigerate. Administer 30-60 minutes before event or exercise. *Administer portioned amounts, depending on the size of the dog, during any exercise or activity. Go Dog needs to be kept cool or refrigerated. We recommend that the remainder of the mixed Go Dog be discarded after exercise or the event.

Comprehensive Hydration
We’ve assembled a comprehensive hydration formula, soluble in water to be able to rapidly supply the dog with our unique blend of ingredients. This formula features a mix of electrolytes and short-burst and long-range energy fuels designed to hydrate and help keep your dog in their performance safety zone allowing the dog to achieve its maximal performance potential. Ingredients to enhance energy production, support high activity levels of the exercising dog and buffer lactic acid leading to muscle fatigue.
Unique Blend of Amino Acids
L-lysine hydrochloride and L-tryptophan help promote and support muscle development, thus supporting high activity levels in the exercising/working dog. L-glutamine is used to build muscle mass, speed recovery from exercise, and optimize the health and function of the gastrointestinal tract. L-taurine enhances cardiac, ocular, and cognitive functions. And L-alanine contributes to optimal energy status of muscle, brain, and the central nervous system of the dog.
Acetyl L-carnitine
An amino acid that has the ability to cross the blood-brain barrier, which aids in transport of fat in the body into blood cells, helping the body to produce energy and aid in nutrient metabolism. - Go Dog is appropriate for any breed of dog that is active, no matter to what degree, especially in hot environments. Hydration is the single most important nutrient during activity and dogs are at an even higher risk when it’s hot. Virtually all metabolic reactions occur in the presence of water. Keep in mind that thirst is not an accurate indicator of fluid needs during activity! Dogs can be severely dehydrated, yet be too excited to drink water, or too stressed. Go Dog helps stabilize and replenish electrolytes and fluids that are depleted during activity with a mix of electrolytes and short-burst and long-range energy fuels designed to hydrate and help keep your dog in their performance safety zone. Proper hydration will keep your dog cool, healthy, and happy.
- Go Dog is designed as a pre/during activity formula like a pre-workout drink for people. Drinks should be given in portioned amounts, depending on the size of the dog, before and during activity. An example would be walking or hiking. Give Go Dog prior to setting out, and during rest stops where a normal drink would be given. The amounts and intervals can be tailored for your dogs activity level. A 16-oz squirt style water bottle is perfect to pack if you keep it cool. The goal is to maintain effective levels throughout the activity period. This is accomplished by giving at regular intervals. Another example would be dog agility which is more strenuous on the dog. Go Dog can be given the night before the event, the morning of, just prior to run, and in-between runs. Give Go Dog portioned out throughout the day, this will keep the dog hydrated and keep energy and focus at peak. Similar events over several days are taxing on the dog. For optimal results or when events last several days our Super Fuel formula is a great addition to the dog’s end of day meal. Super Fuel will help speed recovery overnight.

- Go Dog is designed to be given in a drink. This is critical for hydration and to ensure the dog benefits as quickly as possible while engaged in activity.
- Go Dog needs to be kept cool or refrigerated. We recommend that the remainder of the mixed Go Dog be discarded after exercise or the event.
- Our Go Dog formula is designed for dogs over 6 months of age. Our recommendation would be our Puppy Gold® formula. Puppy Gold® is formulated similarly to canine mothers’ milk to support your puppy’s development after weaning. Puppy Gold includes powerful ingredients that include the primary building blocks of muscle, bone, tendon, ligaments, articular cartilage and other connective tissues. Pups should remain on Puppy Gold until 12 months of age and transition to our other formulas.
- It is certainly okay for you to give your dog more than one of our supplements. If you are using two supplements, we recommend splitting them between AM and PM meals. Anytime you start a new supplement, we recommend you introduce it slowly with ½ of the recommended amount and gradually work up to the full amount over 7-10 days. Once your dog acclimates to the first supplement, you can introduce the second one on the same starting schedule.

Got this for my older husky who doesn’t drink a ton of water in the summer time. Put this powder in the water and he drank up the whole thing! Will be buying more and keeping this in their daily feedings!
