If you are not completely satisfied with your dog’s health supplements, simply return the unused portion within 45 days of initial delivery date in the original container. First, email support@k9power.com and let us know what product/s you are returning and the reason for the return.  Also inform us of the shipping method you selected for your returned item (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and the tracking number so we can monitor your return shipment. Once we receive your returned product, we will initiate a refund.  Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping that occurred when item was purchased, customer is also responsible for return postage when mailing product back. If there is a quality issue, we would like to discuss it with you so we may further investigate and get you the right product! PURCHASES FROM PARTNER SITES OR STORES
If your purchase was made at any one of our partner outlets, the return should be made to the place of purchase. If for any reason, there is a dispute with your return at a partner outlet please contact K9 Power directly.
