If there is a problem with your order and we are unable to contact you by phone or email, this will delay the shipping of your order. Please be sure to give us an e-mail address and phone number where you may be reached during normal business hours.
Our security is tight! - When using a credit card, you must enter your name exactly as it appears on your credit card and fill out your credit card billing address as it appears on your credit card statement. It is important that you include your phone number in case we need to speak with you about your order.
PayPal Payments: As an alternative to credit card payments we also accept PayPal Direct payments and PayPal e-Check payments. During the checkout process, select the PayPal box and you will be directed to the PayPal secure website where you can sign in (or create a new PayPal account). At that point you will be able to complete the order checkout process using your PayPal information.
Customers who do not wish to conduct business online: You may shop our online store without using a credit card! After you have finished shopping and have all the the items you would like to purchase in your shopping cart, select 'Proceed to Checkout'. This will bring you to our fast and easy one-step-checkout. Simply enter the required information to complete your order. At step 3, Payment Method, select 'Telephone Orders / Money Orders' and finish by selecting 'Place Order Now'. It's that simple!
Our shopping cart will generate an order number and a confirmation for you. We use several different methods of shipping depending on the weight, size, destination and transit time of your order. We use United States Postal Service ‘Priority’, United Parcel Service (Our Negotiated Rates), Federal Express and United Parcel Service ‘SurePost’ for low-weight packages (UPS picks up the package from our facility and then routes it to your local U.S. Post Office for final delivery.)

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Generally orders for in-stock merchandise will ship within 2 business days after the date that the order is placed. (We make every effort to ship on the next business day; however this is dependent on that day’s volume). So, for example, an order placed on Tuesday would ship by Thursday.
Expedited orders: (UPS Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, and 3 Day Select) will be shipped the next business day. Order processing time is not, however, guaranteed and can be longer during high volume periods. If you need an order by a specific date, please indicate that in the comment section at checkout or contact us so that we can advise you if expedited shipping will be necessary. Please note that UPS does not consider the day of shipping as transit time.
UPS Ground: 1 to 5 business days based on the distance to the destination. For delivery time to your zip code, visit www.ups.com. Use 06473 for the originating zip code. Package can be tracked in transit. No delivery to PO boxes.
UPS 3 Day Select: Guaranteed delivery by the end of the third business day. Package can be tracked in transit. No delivery to PO boxes. Please note that UPS does not consider the day of shipping as transit time so, for example, an item shipped 3 Day Select on Monday will not arrive until Thursday.
UPS 2nd Day Air: Guaranteed delivery by the end of the second business day. Package can be tracked in transit. No delivery to PO boxes. Please note that UPS does not consider the day of shipping as transit time so, for example, an item shipped 2nd Day Air on Monday will not arrive until Wednesday.
UPS Next Day Air: Guaranteed delivery by the end of the next business day. Package can be tracked in transit. No delivery to PO boxes.
USPS Priority Mail: Packages are delivered in an average of 2-3 days (including Saturdays) to any destination, including PO boxes and military addresses. Delivery time is not guaranteed by the postal service and can be longer.
We believe in keeping our customers informed! You will receive an email message to confirm your order has 'entered' our system and you will receive an additional email when the order has 'shipped' from our warehouse. Separate from our tracking system, United Parcel Service or The United States Postal Service will also notify you by email of your order tracking information.
If your package has been shipped using United Parcel Service, that email will be addressed from QuantumViewNotify@ups.com and it will include tracking information and a link to track your package in transit.
If your package has been shipped using USPS Priority Mail, that email will be addressed from HealthyDog@K9power.com and it will include tracking information and a link to track your package in transit.
If you created an account at checkout you may also track your order by logging into your K9Power® account and review your order status and tracking information. Please make the necessary adjustments to any spam-blocking software you are using to allow delivery of email.
Deliveries: We can ask to leave your package in a specified location at your request, but it is ultimately at the driver's discretion to decide whether a signature is required. A signature is generally required in the following cases:
The package is being delivered to an apartment, condominium, or business complex.
The package's contents are valued at more than $150.
The driver feels it isn't a safe place to leave a package.
If you are not likely to be home when the package arrives, you might leave a note asking the driver to leave the package with a neighbor or building manager.
